This late 50s/early 60s photo captures a view up 5th Avenue from the Elm Street intersection. The new Page Schools buildings are probably under construction at the top of 5th Avenue. Can you tell me any history you know about the Windy Mesa?

I don’t have any info specific to it. It’s in a couple of my aerial photos and I think one of them shows it under construction. I used to go there and I played music there a couple of times. It was a rowdy place during the building of the power plant.
